Dear backers,

we are very glad to announce that, despite countless difficulties, we managed to keep our promise: 

between 16 and 29 april 2021 we completed all possible shipments for all backers,

a total of 2,016 boxes of OTTO 

Hooray!

There are actually only 2 shipments left to complete, for which we do not have sufficient data.

The 2 cases concerned have received an email.

One more thing:

We have done random quality control, but If you should receive a faulty product, a product with missing parts or a product damaged during shipment, please send some pictures to [email protected] and we will solve immediately.

Last point:

Many of you have already received the game and are already playing OTTO!

Shipping update

Dear backers,

we would like to keep you informed about the shipment situation with the utmost transparency that has always distinguished us.

We have done our best to keep our promise to deliver the game in April. This meant hard work for us, but we were very happy to do it.

Unfortunately, not everything is under our control. Despite the fact that we chose one of the most reliable couriers in the world, Fedex, we are facing some shipping problems.

Many of you have received multiple tracking mails, this is because Fedex made a mistake in generating the shipping labels. When this has happened please always take into account the last email you received.

This has caused delays in shipping for some batches of OTTO.

Let's summarise the situation:

To date we have shipped 1750 games to our backers in USA, Canada and Europe except:

- the European backers who get 2 games;

- US and Canadian backers who get 2 games;

- all other backers worldwide.

This means there are about 210 missing shipments which we plan to ship by end of April.

We hope that Fedex will solve the problem of label generation as soon as possible so that all shipments can be completed.

Another issue:

- some backers did not complete the survey or had problems paying the shipping costs. We will send OTTO to all those who have solved or will solve these problems in these days together with the last shipments.

We encourage those who did not complete the survey to do so as soon as possible.

The #Last Production Update

We are almost there!

The production of the first run, the Kickstarter Limited edition, is complete. 

We will start shipping soon!

It wasn't easy, with all the production and logistical limitations imposed by the anti-covid restrictions, but we did it.

You will soon receive your copies of Otto Game Over.

We are working on the new website, where you will have access to a whole series of new contents, which we are sure you will appreciate, we will update you soon on this too.

Credit Cards charged

Dear backers,

as anticipated, we have charged your credit cards of the shipping costs and any add ons, like for example additional OTTO GAME OVER boxes.

We are very happy because we are on schedule and on April 6th we will compile the final list of all those who have successfully completed the survey and paid the shipping costs: we will start preparing the packages right away!

Meanwhile, we have to report some cases of rejected cards for different reasons!

This is normal; so much time is passes from the first Kickstarter withdrawal. 

Please check your card for: 

• date expried 
• stolen card 
• insufficent funds 
• 3D secure system disactivated. 

Please check your situation and call your bank if you need help for your credit card. 

Latest regulations provide a new level of security for credit cards, the 3D secure code. 

Cards in which it has not been updated may be rejected.

Those who have had their cards declined have received an email from Backerkit to fix the situation.

We encourage you to do so by April 6, as we want to ship on time.

We would like to tell you that anyone who did not complete the survey or was unable to update their card can contact us after we finish shipping and together we will find a way to resolve any issues and ship you OTTO.
